1. Who we are

astrocult ("the Service") is operated by ORION DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ("we", "us"), registered in India at 138 Karanpur Road, Purani Abadi, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan 335001.

2. What the Service is — and what it is not

The Service now covers more than the calculation engine. It also includes the interactive Jyotish notes, one-to-one consultations, and the Personal Mentorship Program. Everything in this section applies to all of them: a live class and a paid reading are interpretive in exactly the way an automated chart is.

Nothing on this Service should be treated as a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Do not delay seeking, or disregard, professional help because of anything you read here.

Astrological readings are interpretive by nature. We make no promise that any prediction, remedy or timing will prove accurate, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Decisions you take on the basis of readings are your own responsibility.

Calculations are generated automatically from the birth details you enter. Their accuracy depends on those details being correct, and on the classical methods and conventions the engine follows. Different traditions and regional panchangs sometimes differ; where a result matters to you, cross-check it with a qualified astrologer.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.
• One account is for one person. Please do not share login details.
• Give accurate details when registering — particularly a working email address, since we use it for account recovery and receipts.
• Tell us promptly at support@astroansh.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Subscription plans run from ₹1,199 for one month to ₹10,899 for twelve, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of 18% GST. Where a higher figure is shown struck through beside a price, it is a former price and is not charged. The full list of durations and the exact total charged for each is on the Pricing page, which is the authoritative source.
• The Personal Mentorship Program may be paid in full or in two instalments. Where instalments are chosen, the balance falls due within 10 days of the first payment, and the bonuses described on that page — software access, community access and the notes — are released when the programme is paid in full.
• Payment is taken upfront for the period you select.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You will not be charged again unless you choose to renew.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. We do not receive or store your card or banking details at any point.
• Access starts once payment is confirmed, normally within a minute. If it has not started within an hour, contact us with your order ID.
• We may change prices in future. Any change applies only to new purchases and renewals, never to a period you have already paid for.

5. Consultations

• A consultation is a scheduled one-to-one call of the length you book. The number of charts covered is stated against each length, and additional charts extend the call rather than being squeezed into it.
• Bookings require at least 12 hours' notice, and can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 12 hours before the slot. Inside that window the time is held for you and is not refundable.
• Birth details you enter for another person are used solely to cast and read that chart for the call. Please enter someone else's details only if you have their agreement to do so.
• A free consultation, where one has been earned, is one call per account. It cannot be exchanged for money, credit or a discount, and is not transferable.
• Consultations are guidance. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychiatric advice, and must not be relied on in place of a qualified professional.

6. The Personal Mentorship Program

• The programme is a set of live classes taught to a batch on a published schedule, together with the materials described on its own page. It is a place in a cohort, not a library of recordings.
• Classes are recorded and made available in your batch dashboard so a session you cannot attend is not a session you lose. Recordings are for your own study only: they may not be downloaded for redistribution, shared, re-uploaded or shown to anyone outside the batch.
• A place is personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared or resold.
• Dates may occasionally move. Where a class is rescheduled we give as much notice as we can and the recording is published as usual.
• Where the programme includes access to the software, the community or the notes, the duration of each is stated on the programme page and runs from the date access is opened.

7. Acceptable use

When using astrocult, please do not:

• Resell, redistribute or republish readings, charts or reports commercially without our written permission;
• Copy, scrape or systematically extract data from the Service, or attempt to reverse-engineer the calculation engine;
• Record, download for redistribution, re-upload or share class recordings, notes or course materials with anyone outside the batch you paid to join;
• Share your account with others, or use automated tools to access the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Use the Service to harass, defraud or mislead anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.

Astrologers using the Service in their own professional practice may prepare readings for their clients — that is a normal and welcome use. What is not permitted is reselling access to the Service itself.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, in particular for shared credentials, attempted unauthorised access, or fraudulent payment.

Where we close an account for a breach, we are not obliged to refund the remaining period. Where we close it for any other reason, or discontinue the Service, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.

You may stop using the Service at any time. See Refunds & Cancellations.

9. Your content and data

Birth details and saved charts you enter remain yours. We store them so the Service can function — so your saved charts are there when you return.

We do not sell your personal data. Passwords are stored only in a one-way encrypted form and cannot be read by anyone, including us.

You may ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to support@astroansh.com. Deletion is permanent.

What each plan includes

Not every plan carries every part of the Service. The monthly plan gives access to the calculation engine only: the Learn library of interactive notes and the downloadable PDF report are not included on it. Every longer plan — two months and above — carries both. What a plan includes is stated on the pricing page at the time you buy, and that statement is what governs.

10. Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures in services we depend on, including hosting and payment providers.

If the Service is unavailable for an extended and continuous period, contact us and we will consider an appropriate extension of your subscription.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its calculation engine, interpretive text, interface and design, belongs to ORION DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use it — not ownership of any part of it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of astrological readings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page with its date. Material changes will be notified by email where we hold a valid address. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
